OneDirt Nation Sends Us Their Classic Racing Photos (Updated)

One Dirt reader Luke Cone sent us a great stash of cool old race car photos. This is a car owned by Jeff Cone and raced in Benton, Kentucky.

You’ve got to love the Sprint Car wing on what looks like some sort of Street Stock. One Dirt reader Luke Cone sent us a great stash of cool old race car photos. This is a car owned by Jeff Cone and raced in Benton, Kentucky.

One thing is for certain, members of OneDirt Nation are the absolute best.

A short while back we put up a quick note on our OneDirt Facebook page saying we’d like to see some cool old photos of your dirt track race cars. And it wasn’t long before the great shots started rolling in.

We really enjoyed checking out all the old race cars and thought we’d share the fun. Here’s a few of the very best shots we received. If you have an old shoebox full of classic racing shots and would like to share, we’d definitely love to see them. We may even put them up on the site. Please email them to [email protected]

Thanks, and enjoy!

Update: Shortly after we ran this post, we received these two photos from Debbie Geiger. They are pretty cool, so we thought we’d tack ’em on here as well.

Debbie Geiger sent over this photo of her husband Bob and his race car from Jackson, Mississippi in 1980.
